Goal
Create an HR landing page for trainers, administrators and sales managers on WordPress and motivate candidates to apply.
The problem
After the restaurant series the project had to switch to sport: dumbbells and treadmills instead of glasses. A fitness candidate values discipline, so the page needs clarity, dynamics and motivation rather than a “relaxed” design.
Solution
Dynamic video background — intense workout frames. Structure adapted for trainers (emphasis on certificates, experience). Video with fast motion usually «pixelates» when compressed — tuned codec for clear, smooth mobile image.
Result
The landing page extends the group's shared recruitment architecture to the fitness direction and keeps vacancies easy to update.
