This Policy explains which personal data we process when you use the veb-dev.com website (the “Website”) or contact us, and how you can control it. By using the Website, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Sergey Filatyev, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine (FOP) (“we”). Contact details are in the block at the top of the page. We do not have a separate data protection officer — please send all questions to admin@veb-dev.com.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide yourself:

  • name and phone number — required fields in the Website forms;
  • email address — optional;
  • comment — any information you choose to add to your enquiry;
  • whatever you write to us in a messenger or by email.

Technical data sent by your browser when you visit the Website: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, request time. It is processed by the services that run and measure the Website (see sections 4 and 5).

We do not ask for passport, payment or other sensitive data through the Website and we do not accept online payments. Please do not enter such data in forms or comments.

3. Why we do it

  • to respond to your enquiry and contact you;
  • to discuss the task and prepare and perform a contract;
  • to meet accounting and tax requirements;
  • to understand which pages and ads bring clients, and to improve the Website.

Legal bases: your consent (submitting a form, browsing with cookies enabled), the need to conclude and perform a contract, compliance with the law, and our legitimate interest in maintaining the Website. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party mailings.

4. Who receives your data

Data is available only to the extent needed for the task:

  • Telegram — form enquiries reach us in a private chat through the Telegram Bot API;
  • Cloudflare — hosting of the Website and processing of requests to it;
  • Google — a tag used to measure advertising performance (see section 5);
  • messengers and email that you use to talk to us (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, email);
  • people involved in your project (team members, contractors) — only when necessary and to the extent needed;
  • public authorities — when required by law.

These services may process data on servers outside Ukraine. We do not share data for any other purpose.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Website uses the Google tag (gtag.js), including Google Analytics 4, to collect visit statistics (pages viewed, traffic sources, device type, approximate location) and to measure advertising performance, in particular to record that an enquiry was submitted (the “Thank you” page). Google may set its own cookies and receive technical data about your visit, under Google’s privacy policy. Statistics are used in aggregate form to improve the Website.

The Website also stores a general currency exchange rate in your browser (localStorage) to show prices in hryvnia. This is not personal data.

For visitors from the EU, EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google cookies are enabled only after you consent: you will see a banner with “Accept” or “Decline”. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. In other countries the banner is not shown.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings and manage Google ad settings in your account. The Website will keep working, but some measurements will not be available.

6. How long we keep data

  • enquiries and correspondence that did not lead to a contract — no longer than 12 months, after which we delete them;
  • data under a signed contract — for the duration of the contract and the periods required by accounting and tax law;
  • you can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Data protection

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: a secure connection (HTTPS), restricted access to enquiries, and secrets kept outside the Website code. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may:

  • find out which of your data we process and get a copy;
  • request correction or deletion of your data;
  • withdraw consent and object to processing;
  • file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (or, if you are in the EU, with the supervisory authority of your country).

To exercise your rights, write to admin@veb-dev.com. We will reply within 30 days.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the Website after changes means you accept them.

10. Contact

For questions about data processing, use the contacts in the block at the top of the page: admin@veb-dev.com, +38 (073) 927-66-92.
